The Sarah Campbell Blaffer Foundation

The Sarah Campbell Blaffer Foundation maintains a collection of Renaissance and Baroque art. The paintings, works on paper, and decorative arts objects are shared with the people of Texas through permanent display at the MFAH and temporary exhibitions at institutions throughout the state and beyond. Among the artists represented are Willem van Aelst, Sandro Botticelli, Jean-Siméon Chardin, Albrecht Dürer, Sir Anthony van Dyck, Thomas Gainsborough, Orazio Gentileschi, and William Hogarth.
