Family Fun at Rienzi Check Rienzi's Calendar to keep current on the dates and times for adult programs at Rienzi. Family Day: In April, Rienzi, in conjunction with Bayou Bend, hosts Family Day. Children of all ages, as well as adults, enjoy the beautiful collections and gardens while participating in creative hands-on activities, listening to entertaining storytellers and performers, and searching the collections for hidden objects! A trolley provides transportation between the two museums ensuring that families double their enjoyment of games, story telling, art activities, and entertaining performers. For more information call 713-639-7800. Family Day is free. Storytime Tours: Tours introduce children to the magic of art and literature in an intimate house museum setting. Rienzi's Storytime Tour is a fun and interactive activity featuring stories related to works of art. Storytime is free and is offered in June and July on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. Storytime Tours are geared for children ages 4 to 8. Reservations are required and space is limited.
